EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) wall panels are lightweight, cost-effective sandwich panels featuring an insulated EPS foam core bonded between two protective outer metal sheets or cement boards. They are widely used for internal partitions, external walls, prefabricated homes, and cleanrooms where affordability, easy installation, and basic insulation are the top priorities.

Core Performance Features

High Cost-Efficiency: EPS is the most budget-friendly core material for insulated wall panels, offering the lowest initial material and installation cost compared to PU or Rockwool.
Ultra-Lightweight: Weighing only 6–10 kg/m², these panels are exceptionally easy to handle, transport, and install manually without heavy lifting equipment.
Decent Thermal Insulation: Features a thermal conductivity of around 0.038–0.041 W/m·K. A standard 100mm wall panel provides an R-value of ≈ 2.50 m²K/W, keeping buildings comfortable in moderate climates.
Moisture Resistance: Closed-cell EPS beads resist water penetration, preventing structural rot, mold growth, and moisture-induced degradation within the wall system.

Why not? Welcome to visit our factory. You can fly to Shanghai Pudong Intentional Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport or Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, then come to Lishui railway station through high speed train about 3 hours, 1 hour and 0.5 hour respectively, then we will pick you up at the railway station, hotel booking service is available.
