PU (Polyurethane) roof panels
Classification :
PRODUCT DETAILS
PU (Polyurethane) roof panels are high-efficiency sandwich panels featuring a rigid polyurethane foam core injected between two outer protective metal sheets. They are the industry standard for commercial, industrial, and cold-storage roofing due to their unmatched thermal insulation, lightweight structure, and rapid installation speed.

Fire Classification |
Class B1 (PIR variant) or Class B2/B3 (PUR variant) |
PU roof systems are configured into specialized variants based on your building application:
1. Standard PU Sandwich Panels (PIR/PUR)
- PUR (Polyurethane): Standard formulation providing exceptional thermal insulation and mechanical properties.
- PIR (Polyisocyanurate): An advanced chemical variation of PU with significantly improved fire performance. PIR chars instead of melting when exposed to fire, drastically reducing smoke production and flame spread.
2. Corrugated Overlapping System
Features 3-rib or 5-rib high corrugated outer metal sheets. This structural shape maximizes rainwater drainage and allows panels to span large distances between purlins without sagging.
3. Joint & Locking Formats
- Hidden Fastener Systems: Interlocking joints completely cover the installation screws. This prevents water leakage, eliminates thermal bridges, and creates a clean, seamless appearance.
- Cam-lock Systems: Heavily utilized in walk-in coolers, freezers, and cleanroom roofs for an airtight, hermetically sealed connection.
