PRODUCT DETAILS

This hidden-fix roof sandwich panel features a 40 mm peak height two-wave profile with concealed fasteners, delivering excellent waterproof performance, preventing screw corrosion and cold bridge formation. Available core options: Rockwool+PUR and Glasswool+PUR, panel thickness covers 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm etc., with an effective width of 1000 mm. Top and bottom steel sheets adopt premium substrates from Baosteel, Yieh Phui and other brands, coated with PVDF, SMP, HDP or PE paint systems. The panel has reliable thermal insulation performance, with thermal transmittance ranging from 0.32~0.64 W/m²·K. Load capacity data for simply supported and continuous support conditions are provided to guide purlin layout, effectively reducing purlin consumption and balancing drainage performance.

Performance

1.The screw is hidden and the waterproof performance is excellent, which prevents screw corrosion and avoids the cold bridge phenomenon.
2.The peak height is 40 mm. The two-wave design improves the performance of the roof panel, reduces the consumption of roof purlins, increases load capacity, and achieves balanced water drainage.
