This panel boasts superior overall performance. Its flame retardant rating reaches Class A, effectively enhancing the overall fire safety of buildings. Double-sided polyurethane foam filling effectively blocks heat transfer and rainwater penetration, preventing a decline in core material strength and insulation performance due to moisture absorption, thus ensuring long-term stability of its fireproof and heat-insulating functions. High-quality core material is used, providing excellent insulation. Furthermore, the double-sided rigid polyurethane foam enhances the overall structural strength and prevents interface deformation. The fire-retardant cotton is arranged in a 90° rotation, ensuring the fibers are perpendicular to the panel surface, increasing tensile strength by over 50%, thereby giving the panel excellent robustness and durability.
Performance Characteristics
1.Flame retardant and fireproof:
The flame retardant performance grade reaches Grade A, which improves the overall performance of building fire protection.
2.Insulation and anti-seepage:
Both sides are filled with polyurethane foam, which effectively blocks the heat conduction and rainwater leakage, prevents the core material from reducing the strength and heat preservation performance due to moisture absorption, and makes the fireproof and heat preservation performance last longer.
3.Better insulation:
high quality core material for better insulation.
4.Rugged and durable:
The two sides are made of rigid polyurethane foam to enhance the overall strength and prevent deformation of the interface. The fireproof cotton rotates 90°, so that the cotton fiber is perpendicular to the surface of the board, and the tensile strength is increased by more than 50%.
